When should I start shopping for my wedding dress?

We recommend you ideally begin shopping 9 to 12 months before your wedding, especially if you are going to be purchasing a made-to-order gown. This leaves time for it to be handmade for you and also fitted to you during alterations. Made-to-order dresses also can be rushed for an extra fee. For our Archive (off-the-rack) inventory: this comes home with you the day you buy it. Perfect for brides working with a short timeline!


What if I find my dress at my first appointment?

A lot of brides think they need to visit multiple shops, but in reality, many find their dress at their very first appointment. If you’ve established your budget, have a clear idea of what you want, and feel confident, trust that feeling. Shopping too much can quickly become stressful, while listening to your instincts often guides you to the gown that truly reflects who you are.


Is an appointment required?

Yes. We are an appointment-only boutique to ensure every bride receives a dedicated stylist and a personalized experience.


Why do I need to give my credit card information to book?

There is a non-refundable $25 fee for each bridal appointment to give you the best possible experience as a by appointment only store. The fee carries with you if you reschedule (so you don’t need to pay it again to move your appointment).

However, if you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged an additional $50 to the card on file. 


How many guests can I bring?

Our shop is small intimate, so we suggest bringing the key people who will be supportive and those you need there to make your decision. We have found the sweet spot is between 1 and 3 people. We can accommodate 4 people maximum (including the bride) in the store at a time.

And if for some reason you choose to come alone, we have got you covered. We’ll support you, compliment you, and make sure you feel as special as you are!


What should I bring to my appointment?

Please come wearing nude undergarments, and if you’d like, any shape-wear you imagine you might want to wear. Underwear is required to try on gowns.

The most important thing to bring is an open mind!


What is the price range of your dresses?

Our collection ranges from $2500 to $5000+, with the majority falling between $2750 and $3500.

The alterations for your gown will be a separate cost. While we do offer this service here at our shop, brides can ultimately choose to bring their gown to whichever seamstress they prefer for their dress to be altered.


Do you carry bridesmaid or mother of the bride or groom dresses?

We only carry dresses, jumpsuits, and other garments for the bride, no options for mother of the bride or groom or bridesmaids.


What is your return policy?

All sales are final. For both made-to-order and off the rack purchases.
